There needs to be a balance between investing and spending! Either end of the spectrum is not good. As much as i am against spending money unnecessarily, i also don't see the point in penny pinching just to invest for the future me where the future isn't even guranteed lol

When making decisions, you always have to evaluate opportunity costs. Literally every decision you make has pros and cons to it… even something as simple as what you eat for breakfast! And this starts with thinking about what is the worst possible outcome? Well if you die, with a million invested, your heirs get that money and are in a better situation. On the flip side, you outlive your money and health deteriorates where now you can’t work and have no money to live. I’ll take option one every time!
