As a child my mam was told that the average tshirt was only factor 5 on the uv scale, but jeans are factor 100. So she once put me in a denim jumpsuit and I nearly melted 😂

Why is that baby in long pants and long sleeve tops? When it’s hot put them in what you’d wear! Shorts and a tshirt or singlet. Apply sunscreen to legs and arms (not hands as they suck them)! Also you can use a muslin to drap over the pram as they allow the air to flow

I used to use a small cellar baby blanket over the top of the pram when it was used in the stroller position. I pegged it in place and left a big gap ether side so no risk of over heating, but I also tried not to go out at the hottest points of the day if I could avoid it.
