Thing is it’s about making changes so you don’t put it back on that’s what a lot of people don’t understand they think its the jab that’s made you loose it all but it’s the discipline of learning to not go back to old habits x

The thing is you have to make your changes sustainable, which I’m doing, so I know if I eventually come off I’ll be pretty much fine. Might gain a few pounds back but shouldn’t be nearly as much as I lost. I’m also a diabetic so might be on this for years and years we’ll see

I cold turkey flipped my entire diet and portions around in a way that’s sustainable. Of course there’s the possibility of gaining at least a few pounds back but overall i feel confident that I’ll be able to maintain once I come off. But I plan to be on this for a while as I’m on it for T2D PCOS and hEDS
