I've heard pillows work well for this. If they seem to be resisting. That's the sleep apnea. Do not panic. Should subside in a moment or two.

Hey!! This actually sounds like sleep apnea. Maybe suggest seeing a dr? Sometimes the airways are too narrow/other issues happen that cause this
