@kierstenbrooketravels: Don’t take this the wrong way… but Japan is NOT the easiest country to travel to with little kids 🇯🇵😅 Don’t get me wrong, we made some absolutely EPIC and INCREDIBLE memories BUT… Social media made me think it would feel easier than it did. What people don’t show you: 🚃 crowded trains + a very quiet culture so we were constantly shhing our toddler. 🙈 🍜 tiny restaurants that don’t always work well for toddlers (and some that don’t allow them) 😵‍💫 brutal jet lag with kids 🗑️ almost no public trash cans 😅 But at the same time, there were also things that made Japan really special with kids: 🤍 incredibly kind people 🚼 amazing baby rooms + clean bathrooms 🏪 convenience stores that saved us daily 🎡 experiences we still talk about months later Japan wasn’t the easiest trip we’ve taken with kids… but looking back, some of our favorite memories as a family came from it 🥹✨ Comment JAPAN and I’ll send you our full Japan with kids guide + itinerary 🇯🇵 #travelwithkids #familytravel #japanwithkids
