I only use non bio soap powder and nothing else, unstoppables, fabric softener ruin my skin, boring having no nice smell washing but that’s the way it has to be x

Calomine lotion drys the skin out making it more itchy. Drs don't recommend it anymore for this reason.

E45 face range is good. I also have dry cracked skin on my hands, found Vaseline is the best option.

Hey I’m a sufferer of eczema on my body and hands and on my body I swear by dermol from the dr , it’s used as a soap substitute and a cream. And for hands I use aveeno baby with the light blue lid ! The one things that help me and I have tried EVERYTHING , hope this helps x

get sea buckthorn oil from amazon Dee. its about £15,for a tiny bottle but 2 applications of about 6 drops cleared up my nieces face eczema. it was so bad it would bleed and crack and its fine now xx
