@528hzenergy: 5 minutes of 432 Hz: NATURE & RELAXATION | This is what 432 Hz sounds like as a sine wave pure tone. I've had some requests for a longer track, so this is 5 minutes of 432 Hz. It is best listened to at a comfortably low volume, especially when wearing headphones. While you're listening, I'll show you how I make my kaleidoscope videos & mystical dragonfly art from tree photos... I'll also tell you a bit more about why some people believe 432 Hz is a healing frequency. 432 Hz is aligned with frequencies naturally occuring in Nature, so so I thought it might be a good match-up. This is how I made the foundation for many of my kaleidoscope videos. There is something about the natural geometry and symmetry that I really like. I started making these during the lockdown when I was hiking a lot. I found being in nature helped reduce my anxiety and helped me feel calmer. What do you think of the sound? Some people listen to tones or music tuned to 432 Hz daily. They report feeling more relaxed, less anxious, and it is frequently described as calming. Many say that listening to 432 Hz or 432 Hz music improves sleep quality or helps them fall asleep faster. 432 Hz is just 8 vibrations per second slower than standard A440 tuning, but it's enough for many listeners to feel a difference. Some claim 432 Hz music sounds “warmer” or more “natural,” though this is subjective and still debated in audio science. Have you ever wondered why 440 Hz became the standard… and not 432? Or why some people say 432 Hz feels calmer… even when it’s the same song? Hmmm... what if music isn’t just something you hear, but something your body tunes to? And what if the sounds you surround yourself with on a daily basis could affect your well-being? Thanks for listening. How did the sound make you feel? Drop a note in the comments if you want to share. Namaste :) #432hz #432hzfrequency #healingfrequency #soundhealing #healingtones

I’ve been officially diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I played this 432 hz frequency thru the night as I slept, and it worked!! I slept through the entire night and awoke feeling rejuvenated, calm, and as one with my immediate universe! So . . . THANK YOU, much, for your content!!

I've heard that the music industry uses 440 to make music more aggressive and set people on edge. I try to play my music at 432 because it sounds smoother and more relaxing
