first - we have to wrap soft and or crispy tacos in aluminum, its just chipotle standard, second-theres a "2 or 3 more policy" on sides so a store can charge you for that. third- steak and any meat is 4OZ worth, another chipotle standard that we cannot control. hope this helps!

I work at Chipotle and everything you just explained is just how it is at Chipotle you get charged a $1.70 for the sour cream and hot and yes we cannot give big portions we will get in trouble and the reason they threw everything in the bag is because everything there is a rush and we're always so busy and the cashier has literally 90 jobs she has to do so yes to being in a hurry that is why the stuff just gets thrown in the bag

As a chipotle employee, we don’t always get proper training. They don’t buy time for us to specifically be trained. I had to message the district manager for me to be trained to do cash after doing dishes and frying chips for two years because my manager wouldn’t train me on anything else :(

In my opinion it just depends on whose working. Sometimes I get the best bowl and sometimes I get a tiny bit of steak.
