As someone who's dealing with a little weight gain I can recognize that it's absolutely my fault I was dealing with some issues and I became sedentary instead of actually getting out and getting fresh air I sank into my depression and turn to sugar and snacks. there's no damage as right now my clothes still fit fine and I can still walk without needing assistance with that being said I'm not going to sit here and let this get worse I'm actually taking proper steps I care about my body and I want to be here as long as possible and with pre-existing medical conditions in my family not taking care of myself is not an option.
