@agentic.james: Most people throwing around the word "agent" have no idea what's actually happening under the hood. A model just predicts the next token. A harness wraps that in a loop and hands it tools to act on the world. An orchestration layer runs dozens of those harnesses in parallel without blowing past the context window.
