Independent owned doesn’t mean they arnt part of it. It’s like if McDonalds does something wrong and we all hold all the locations responsible. They have the same structure.

while I do feel for the individual franchise owners taking a loss, but I agree they need to blame corporate. . if the CEO's actions are egregious enough it might fall into breach of "Implied Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing" (essentially that the corporation has caused a financial detriment to the franchises by destroying the company Imagine.) . BAM franchises stop shutting off comments and contact your lawyers on how to handle the damages caused by the CEO.

Every store is owned by a different person, it is a franchise. It doesn’t mean all stores are bad. It’s the same thing with McDonalds & so many other stores & shops. The 3 that I go to are nice & will work with you on trades & buying. 1 mishap at 1 shop isn’t all of them

They're not allowed. Corperate has made threats their franchisees that if they make any public statements against corperate they'll likely have their franchise licence revoked.

I feel it’s wrong to penalize a person and/or their business for something they had absolutely nothing to do with. As you mentioned, each location is independently owned.
