Yes, New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill ordered state police to establish protected protest zones outside Delaney Hall in Newark, directing demonstrators away from the immediate perimeter of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention center.The governor enacted these measures to prevent escalating clashes between protesters and ICE agents and to manage incoming pro-ICE counter-protests. However, the situation turned into a confrontation when some demonstrators refused to relocate to the designated zones, leading state troopers to advance in riot gear to clear the area.

All of these “protestors” should be arrested. They think the constitution protects them but the constitution specially says “Americans can gather publicly, as long as it remains peaceful. Violent, disruptive, or unlawful protests are not protected.” Time for some Orange jump suits!!

This is a joke. Delaney hall used to house men returning from incarceration trying to get home. They are called halfway back homes and the conditions are deplorable. That area is filled with them. American citizens suffering yet where is or was the concern. No protests or care...now its an issue.
