Sourdough discard brown sugar cinnamon GIANT poptart Dough: 2 sticks softened butter 1/2c sugar or coconut sugar Vanilla Cream together then add 1 3/4c discard 2 3/4 cups flour 1/2c cornstarch 1tsp salt Filling: Combine to a paste 4 tablespoons of melted butter 1/2 cup of brown sugar 2tbsp flour 1tsp vanilla 3tsp cinnamon Icing: Whisk all together 2tbsp melted butter 1/4c brown sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/3c powdered sugar 1/4tsp cinnamon Cream together butter and sugar then whisk in the discard. Add the dry ingredients and mix and knead until the dough comes together. Split into 2 and roll them out to rectangles, place the first one on a parchment lined baking sheet and Fill it with the filling leaving about 1/2-1in space on the sides. place the top on and crimp with a fork, stab in the centers a few times to allow heat to escape during baking. freeze for about 8 minutes.
