I wouldn’t sell the house, maybe stay with your mum for a little bit, take a break, make a plan I think you may have moved in a a little bit too soon obviously I know you had to move in but just take a step back and re evaluate x

estate agent here! don’t sell, honestly you will not regret just carrying on through the stress in the end, i have a lot of people do this and then they regret selling. and tbh the value will be more after a couple of years rather than rn. you can do it, do one step at a time and slowly, you will get there! ❤️

If you sell, you’re going to have to do it again somewhere else. Book a week away, or go see family. Leave it refresh your mind and go back with a different outlook. Do one room at a time and don’t move on till each room is finished and exactly how you want it. Don’t overwhelm yourself with 100 different jobs at a time x

Girl I flip houses for a living and I live in them from day 1 until completion. It is a LOT mentally, frankly my job makes me miserable lol but remember why u started and how proud you’ll be when it’s finished, it will all be worth it I promise. what you need is a break, not to stop, you’ll regret it if you sell and have to move back home

I think you should close and lock the utility room for at least 6 months. Just stop, your house is livable. If you sell, then what? Rent? Buy another house? Idk, it doesnt seem like the right decision.

It’s the wrong time to sell - the market is so stagnant at the moment. But even if it was, I don’t think you should give up! Take a breather, have a break and I’m sure you will feel so differently!

i would remortgage and finish the house then sell, youll loose so much money selling now. People will get surveys and drop you on price. Remortgaging to free up enough money to complete the house will give you greater returns

It’ll cost more to sell Angel believe me I have had the same thoughts with my Reno because I was sick of having so many issues but I didn’t realise leaving your mortgage early, selling before the 2 year mark etc cost quite a lot
