RHAENYRA THE TRUE HEIR 🔥

the way alicent Said that to rhaenyra, when she was the first to usurper the throne 🫩

ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ :

I hate this freak show, and I hate alicent’s character even more. the show is like a curse, it frames rhaenyra’s suffering as the inevitable price a woman must pay for daring to claim the crown, as if she overstepped into a space that was never hers. meanwhile, the show has turned alicent, the woman who usurped rhaenyra and upheld the patriarchal system, into the supposed voice of reason. now alicent speaks as though her earlier words "it doesn’t matter if she started the war, rhaenyra is a woman and will always be challenged" are profound truth. she warns that rhaenyra that she will bring death. by defying the world and men. that “the crown is a weight that crushes.” In other words, a woman who supports patriarchy and believes a man should sit the throne is now cautioning the rightful heir that her claim will lead to ruin, simply because she dared to challenge a patriarchal world. like just stfu 💀🙏
