27 year teacher here-I have done 3rd-5th bc little people scare me. 😂 I have always heard 2nd grade is the sweet spot! Last year before STAAR. You will flourish here. I also always say that kinder teachers deserve a HUGE pay raise. Lawd the energy required for those tiny little ones. 👀
