I genuinely don't understand why people keep bringing up the "Sukuna was fighting 20v1" argument when that's not even what's being discussed. The point is that Gojo was put into a 3v1 situation against Sukuna, Mahoraga, and Agito. Whether Sukuna fought multiple people at other points is completely irrelevant to that specific discussion. If we're talking about the Gojo vs. Sukuna fight, the reality is that Gojo had the upper hand multiple times and likely would have won if it had remained a straight 1v1. Saying "Sukuna was holding back" doesn't really address that argument either, because the question isn't whether Sukuna had more abilities he could have used ,it's whether Gojo would have beaten him without the extra help.Those are two different points
