I feel like Im self-diagnosing but I think I have pmdd because me mental health tracks with my period and the changes CANNOT be normal, but I don't know where to go lol

Yeah over 100 panic attacks at 14 but I still get told to just not have anxiety and to stop being dramatic 😭

still fighting for one of my diagnoses. both me and my mum believe that i have fnd and my neurologist even put in a letter that i have been experiencing functional neurological symptoms but never mentioned it to me or my mum

i've been asking to get diagnosed with ADHD/autism for years and my therapist herself told me she sees traits of high-functioning autism in me but my parents won't let me cuz they see it as "just a label" 💔💔

they made me take 3 iq tests before testing me for adhd 🥹🥹 and because i have a pretty high, "gifted" iq level, they refused to test me, it took me 9 years and im 15 rn 💔💔

shoutout my first neurologist for misdiagnosing me with functional tics bc i'm a girl 🥰🫰took me over 2 years to get the correct diagnosis of tourette's (mind you i've had tics since i was 5)

No literally like I had a stroke in my thalamus and ri started regressing after a while post stroke and they keep saying it’s fnd even tho I have every single symptom of cpsp and thalamic dysfunction
