Same, I’m really offended they tried to use that as an excuse, sometimes I have to make an extra effort with the gas pedal because my legs get weaker, there’s just no way that was an accident

Said this on another post, I understand 100% passing out while driving, what I don’t understand is how you pass out and have enough pressure to press the gas so hard it can even get to 100mph. ( for me) my body wouldn’t be able to even press a light switch hard enough while passed out 🤷♀️

I had an episode ONCE while driving and it was terrifying, which is why I don’t drive. My convenience is not more important than other people’s safety.

hey, don’t know what we are referencing but i get stress induced flare ups which can sometimes be too much at chaotic moments. not defending but pots symptoms, severity, and situations range from person to person.

Literally though. I have POTS too and as soon as I enter Presyncope I loose ALL my strength. There is no way id be able to open a door let alone go 100 miles per hour!

Im in a nursing facility and some of the staff saw the video and asked me as they know I have POTS but even with how often I pass out I have also never done this! Have I fallen a lot and often hurt yes but never this! It’s crazy that she yes this as an excuse. Also for people saying you can’t pass out while sitting…. Yes, yes you can. It is much more rare but it can happen also she never had a documented history of it or a history since so….
