The architectural form emphasizes floating mass and transparency, with the upper office volume appearing suspended above lighter glazed commercial layers. This creates a striking visual hierarchy, enhancing the building’s presence in the urban streetscape. The darker façade treatment features exposed concrete-textured finishes, conveying strength, permanence, and modern sophistication. In contrast, lighter horizontal elements finished with fine stucco paint introduce visual balance and softness. Extensive glazing across the commercial and office floors promotes openness, natural daylight penetration, panoramic views, and an improved user experience. A standout feature is the perforated illuminated façade system.
