I dont understand why everyone thinks its bad for the jetski. It literally was designed by seadoo for this exact reason. They literally have the name trixx for a reason. I do this all the time on mine. It has literally like 150 hours and its on its original wear ring. It wont do anything to the impeller and it wont mess up anything in the motor running it for 5 seconds out of the water. The mechanic who does my oil changes does it on mine all the time ( i give him permission ).
