Don't get me wrong, I believe that choosing to cover is your personal decision, and as someone who has followed you for years, I like how fashionable you are too 😂 But at the same time, I can't help but ask: why are women always the ones expected to make these choices about modesty and faith? Why aren't men expected to make those same choices and sacrifices? This discourse obviously goes way beyond a single religion, but Islam places particularly high consequences on whether or not a woman complies with its rules. Also, the comparisons in this video aren't really equivalent—high fashion and wedding veils aren't a daily requirement for stepping outside.

As a woman and Christian I totally understand and respect that CHOICE. It’s beautiful 🌷 in my country our grandmothers used to wear headscarf as part of our culture, nowadays women wear it on occasions
