My case is different with them I won a hoverboard and they sent me a 18 usd gaming console, the TikTok video receipt clearly showed that the hoverboard was the prize , unfortunately TikTok is the one not making them honor their auctions, and they keep slightly changing their username

I’d bought Oakley’s in Rosarito Mexico and sold them to friends of friends. Same logo same style etc as the real deal. Didn’t charge much much and I’d go every 2-3months. Not solely for sunglasses. Though culture, food. It’s not in relation to the other 1/2 of your story.

I bought a drone from them they advertised it as four cameras and it had a MSRP of $2,000 I won the bid for about $75 I looked up the drone after I won it it's just hyped up and normally sells for what I paid but it doesn't have four cameras it's only has two it doesn't even have GPS and the MSRP is just BS I asked for cancellation but you can't cancel a auction so I contacted TikTok and told them false advertising called my credit card alerted them even before it shipped I think I stopped it but if it gets here it's going right back be aware to use a credit card that you can dispute if anything happens like this I also saved the clip of them saying it's four cameras and they are misleading and a rip off Glad I sore your post here Hope you get all your money back they're not going to take mine

Same thing happened to me! I am constantly fighting bc I thought I was getting a deal but I got cheap knock offs and they got me also by shipping each individually so instead of the $40 I meant to spend they charged me in over $100 in shipping fees. When I asked about shipping they said “we don’t know we are just the sales guys” than the seller themselves said it’s not up to them how they ship I’m complaining to the wrong people! It’s Tik told fault and they don’t know their shipping price until after you bid and until Tik tok tells them how much! I got fake knock offs smartwatches from Temu, directions aren’t even in English! Plus a few other cheap items I could’ve got from Temu for way cheaper and could have returned with no issues! They are called Platinum Shop/ platinum commerce. I tried to tag them but I think they blocked me from being able to because I tried to warn people not to buy from them!

I spent my birthday week on the gambling (surprise) auctions. Some are legit and some aren't. I won a brand new PS5 in a sealed box!..... for $20 and they shipped me an envelope with a new tracking number... which showed tiktok that the product was delivered.... what happens is you have so long after delivery to complain but people don't know that.... so I put in a formal complaint to tiktok, after waiting 2 weeks after delivery, they did send me a ps5 but the box was ripped in half, it was refurbished and it was missing the stand...just know some deals are too good to be true

the platinum steals, platinumshop and the 10 other names they have are practicing bad business practices and have had multiple complaints against them. They will also block you if you question stuff
