Im 54 and have gained 120lbs since 45yrs old🥺. I had 1 lung lobe removed (so I get very Short of air) had knee surgery because of a car accident and have chronic lower back pain (can’t move some move some days) but I do work full time nights 7a -7p….where do I start?

You know you can go and spend the night in the steel magnolias home? I saw a video this afternoon that a lady posted. She went through the house, videoing it and explaining each room. I remembered almost every room from the movie. Wouldn’t that be cool to go stay there?
