yk what thank you for saying this i really needed to hear this. ive always been super active and I ended up getting major knee surgeries a few years ago and recovery was like 9 months for each. needless to say it was brutal and I lost a lot of years in my 20s and im having a hard time getting back to the gym after being in constant pain and afraid of doing anything that'll cause pain
