I have a genuine question as someone who does not know how to do any form of makeup whatsoever (me), why do people put blush on then put foundation and concealer right over it, then reapply the blush ? like to me it doesn't make sense at all because the blush under the foundation just gets covered up 100% and doesn't show and is just reapplied again anyways but I see everyone do it that way. to me it seems like an extra unnecessary step to apply it to just cover it up.
