graduated year 2019 as IT. and job hopping is the key to success talaga. 18k - 1st job 40k > 43k > 48k - 2nd job 50k to 60k - 3rd job 76k - 4th job 418k - 5th job. syempre hindi na to sa Pilipinas. Euro sweldo kona to haha

Job hopping is merely applicable in the BPO industry, but not in corporate. If you plan to, make sure that you are able to establish the necessary skills and leadership within your stay or else sa kangkungan ka pupulutin.

I did this, and I swear it worked. Looking back, malayo na rin ang itinaas ng salary ko compared to my previous jobs. In my 8 years of working, I would say job hopping worked for me because it helped me see and appreciate my value, prioritize my well-being, and find comfort in my career. Now, I’m working in a healthy work environment. Sana kayo rin.
