Any leadership shoild understand that collective goals are different from individual goals, hence when a leader says “We” when a collective achievement is made instead of taking the glory all for him or herself, then such a person suould been seen as one who has the best interest of both of the Organization as a Workspace and the people at heart. System drives result, but people are the force behind effective systems. Most of what are highlighted here works in spaces that are driven mostly by toxic leaders. Leadership is flexible and one of the strength that people in the highest leadership phase posses is the ability to utilise people according to their strength.
