3 crabs is such a bad fish sauce. people use it cause their parents use it back then and not much brand was widely available. its just full of flavour enhancer instead of the actual anchovies

For a huge pot this is great! Nothing beats homemade. Nice job! If you want a quick fix not a bad idea to have a few bowls of PhoLicious on hand too.
