I live in GA and trust there are some really pretty places but Helen is a complete tourist trap and those shops will scam you. If you like hiking and pretty sights then you should definitely go up to tallulah falls and do the hiking trails. There’s a really cute coffee shop called Tallulah 1882 right there as well. It’s extremely yummy too!
