She sucks at explaining protiens are chain of amino acids and yes not all protien sources contain all amino acids for optimal muscle growth soo make sure to get as much animal based protien as possible but plant based protiens still contain a decent amount of amino acids sooo take them aswell and don’t over complicate it hope this helps.
