As a Japanese person who didn’t care for natto, here’s a tip, don’t eat it plain like how you just did. Wait till it’s thawed out. Add the mustard and dashi that it came with, then add kewpie mayo, sesame oil, soy sauce, and furikake rice topping then eat it over rice. It makes it way more tasty and easier to enjoy!
