Hey!!! so my mom is a teacher and does this for her second graders and it seems to work pretty well! Each time she’s absent she lets them know the day before and does this thing called “sub points”. So basically it’s if the kids are good. They get a sub point and if they are bad, they lose a point or just don’t get one. Each point can lead to do something fun like eat popsicles and have extra recess and it works great! I hope this helps!!
