@helpme_today: Hi everyone, my name is Mitchy, and I’m raising funds for my dog Kiki’s medical care. Kiki was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2022 after suffering cluster seizures that landed her in the emergency room. Since then, she’s been on medication to help manage her seizures, and for a while, we thought it was under control. Unfortunately, this year she’s had four more seizures, one that required another emergency visit and the rest we were able to manage at home. At her most recent vet visit, after her latest seizure, we were told that Kiki is showing signs that may indicate a brain tumor. She’s now being referred to a neurologist for advanced testing and treatment options. With these funds, we will be able to take her to a specialized hospital that can get her the care that she needs. The CT scan alone is estimated at $5,000, and with additional blood work, vet visits, and diagnostics, her total cost for diagnosis is expected to exceed $10,000, and that doesn’t include any potential treatment that follows. It breaks my heart to see her going through this, but I’m determined to give her the care she needs and deserves. Any donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward her medical expenses and help Kiki continue her fight. Even just sharing this page means the world to us.
