cheap ass companies doing the bare minimum then want u to put out max capacity. safety over profits but most times it's the other way around

As some one who’s in the air constantly yes it sways a lot especially boom lifts but after about 30 min to a hour you don’t notice it much unless it throws you off balance

I remember they had me maxing out a scissor lift the 2nd day I got my certification, I’m scared of heights ngl after I got done hanging up the wire for the roof work guys I genuinely had to go 💩
