I think it’s most states about landscaping. We had a new build in Indiana and landscaping wasn’t included. Also garages aren’t finished in new builds. We have to paint it

Az top Hardscaping did mine! He normally comes out same day and is amazing!!! We did Travertine, turf & pergola And the side yard for the dogs with rock. HE IS SO GOOD AND SO NICE !!!

1 thing we should have done before we moved into our new build is paint… those walls are going to turn yellow/brown from the a/c intake because they’re matte. 😭

Dude epoxying the garage floor is easy as hell you could definitely do it and save some money for other places you need someone to do the work for. Owning a home you will find that it’s a lot more than renting when it comes to home repairs and upgrades. You end up YouTubing a lot and trust you can save thousands.
