let’s not spread misinformation. working out arms doesn’t make you bulky, you have to intentionally be progressively overloading ur upper body workouts to get bulky. and hitting chest doesn’t make your chest smaller, if anything having stronger muscles can make them perkier. people only think it makes it smaller bc they’re simultaneously losing weight/fat and some people just naturally lose weight in their chest area

I used to do chest workouts to reduce the size, honestly it doesn't make it smaller at all, only makes it less saggy/droopy!!
