I was about to ask if you stressed so much that you got this😭 because stress definitely can cause an autoimmune disease. I can’t handle stress at all so I’m on antidepressants and I cry a lot and pray a lot. But I pray everything works out and gets better for you!!

I genuinely feel so seen. Thank you for sharing your story. My medical conditions have caused me extreme fatigue all my life and I just began receiving diagnoses within the last 3 years. I still have many days where i feel like my prime years are being wasted by exhaustion, low energy etc. Im really hoping everything works out for you!! We got this girly 🎀🫶🏾

For those of us with chronic illness, this is so real. But one thing I have found helpful is making the best of even the simple joys. For example if I'm on vacation but too fatigued to be up out of bed. Then I stay in bedb and open up the balcony so I can feel the beautiful breeze coming in from the bed, and have the sun on my face.

I’ve had it since I was 13, I’m 28. it’s so upsetting with no one understanding my fatigue. I almost didn’t graduate HS cause I’d wake up so late. I’m on lexapro and a glp-1 it’s helping for sure
