From my own experience, using a tongue scraper every day, flossing regularly, and brushing with Mple Toothpaste after meals made a huge difference for me. Stick with it for a week and see how you feel.

After a period of treatment and care, I have now made a full recovery. The dentist recommended Mple toothpaste, so I’ve been brushing my teeth every morning and evening without fail. Gradually, I’ve noticed that my teeth have become a bit brighter and look whiter overall, and I feel much more confident as a result.🥰🥰🥰

The MPLE toothpaste I bought last time is almost gone, so I ordered 3 more tubes. My whole family’s using it now. It doesn’t irritate my teeth at all, maybe because of the probiotics? Honestly, my breath feels so much fresher after brushing, and my tooth pain and sensitivity have gotten a lot better. Now I’ve got a big white smile haha 😂

I originally bought Mple Toothpaste hoping to improve the appearance of my teeth, but the biggest surprise was how much it helped with sensitivity. I used to cringe every time I drank something cold. Now it's barely an issue anymore.🥰🥰

I've been using Mple too, and it's been pretty good so far. It leaves my mouth feeling fresh after brushing. After using it consistently for a while, my teeth seem a bit cleaner than before. Overall, it's been a positive experience.
