In my fall baking era 🎃 It will forever be my favorite season 🍁 Tried making a pumpkin cream cheese loaf this time 🧡 Pumpkin Cream Cheese Loaf Recipe- Pumpkin loaf: 1¾ cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp baking powder 2 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice ½ tsp salt 2 eggs ¾ cup sugar ½ cup brown sugar 1 cup pumpkin purée ½ cup vegetable oil ¼ cup milk 1 tsp vanilla Cream cheese filling: 8 oz softened cream cheese ¼ cup sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp flour Directions: Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. In another, whisk eggs, sugars, pumpkin, oil, milk & vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Beat cream cheese filling ingredients until smooth. Add about half the pumpkin batter to a greased/lined loaf pan, layer in the cream cheese mixture, then cover with remaining pumpkin batter. Bake at 350°F for 60–75 min, or until a knife/toothpick inserted into the pumpkin portion comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs. If the top browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil. Let cool completely, then I topped mine with warmed cream cheese frosting + a sprinkle of cinnamon 🤎 #fallbaking #pumpkinbread #pumpkinseason #fallrecipes #bakingrecipe
