Just to clear things up: I never said Minyon Falls is in the Gold Coast. My caption said “near the Gold Coast,” which, to me, is accurate. It’s about 1.5 hours away, and 100+ km is still considered nearby for many people, especially if you’re used to road trips and day hikes. I’m well aware there are plenty of amazing waterfalls within the Gold Coast region. The point of my post was simply to highlight another great waterfall that’s a short drive away, is often less crowded, and doesn’t get nearly as much attention as the more popular spots. There was no intention to mislead anyone. I was just sharing an underrated destination that I think more people should know about. If you read the caption carefully, it clearly says “near the Gold Coast,” not “in the Gold Coast.” Cheers! All peace and Love ❤️
