Have you tried using hot hands as heating pads ? they get really hot and last 8 hours and they’re super cheap

IBS girly here.
Heat relaxes muscles
Ice relaxes nerves
If you're stomach is tense from eating something bad, heat will relax muscles and lessen pain.
just be careful because it can also cause nausea

Hey bestie, Amazon (or something idk) marshmallow root capsules, take five, slippery elm, take 3, and charcoal, like maybe 2; take twice a day for abit. It’ll soothe and purge and it’s cheaper than a doctor, SURVIVE

I also go through this! courtesy of endometriosis. when I cant be in a scalding hot shower, I use my blow dryer! heating pads dont get hot enough for me either! but the blow dryer helps a TON.
Just be cautious if you do try it!
-make sure it is positioned securely (i use a shirt or folded up towel to prevent it from moving, or set it ontop of a pillow) with both the front and back entirely uncovered!
- pay attention to your skin!! when in a flare up it's really easy to toast your skin due to not really feeling the burn of the heat and it can become permanent marks! (I have them bad on my tummy)
