I'm so happy they used the song on the scene when they're showing that the mother was going through dementia, just a beautiful reference to the albums purpose (try and make you feel what dementia patients go through, if someone doesn't know) 🥹❤️

I'm so happy that they referenced it's just a burning memory, but instead of just putting that song, they instead played something from the same album. it's familiar, and similar in sound, but ultimately it's off in some ways. by not playing what we expected when we hear a track by the caretaker, it made the song sound distorted and wrong. just like the backrooms themselves

I was really worried about the caretakers music being in the backrooms. It makes me sad when people call it "Backrooms music" as it's extremely disrespectful to the art project to discredit it. I really liked how they implemented it. A part of me wishes they did AEBBTW instead or maybe even the previous era of the caretaker. But this went very well. This scene was depicting someones mind and memories being distorted and forgotten. Long live The Caretaker
