@counts.fit: THE FORM: Shoulders down, chest tall, elbows back, scaps retracted Pull the wrists up and pinch the biceps closed WITHOUT shrugging the traps Once bar reaches lower ribs/sternum: pull the elbows into the torso while externally rotating the shoulders Then SLOWLY drag the bar down the chest and torso while internally rotating shoulders THE GOAL should be to have your biceps give out before your shoulder stability (chances are it won't at first)
