peeta would have noticed the 2nd side of Coin a lot faster if he was the one in 13 and she was the one in the capitol. His skill in manipulation would also make him more aware of how Coin is operating. it would have been a completely different book.

I’m still mad people underestimated Peeta so much because they thought he was the “easy” one. With Katniss you KNEW what you’d get. Peeta was unpredictable and did that on purpose
