Ali :
My mom helped on a cruise once. After we got home we got a letter where they let us book any cruise room we wanted for our next trip. We got to stay in the Presidential Suite. I sure hope their story isn’t over yet 🥰 he deserves all the blessings!!

It is wonderful that he saved that man’s life, and has everybody agrees that he should be rewarded for his bravery however you should not just save someone’s life because you want some kind of reward

They could have and should have refunded his entire fees for the trip. What do you mean a FREE steak dinner isn’t the food included? SMH. Good job, King, I applaud you! 🤗

Well a big lawsuit would cost them a lot more. Maybe put that into context.

He basically save carnival form getting sued for millions of millions of dollars, if that person would have not made it. So I definitely think carnival Should do more.

This hero deserves better. He risked his own life to save an elderly man who fell into the water. A steak dinner is not enough. He should be recognized for his bravery with complimentary cruises, an upgraded room, and the appreciation he truly deserves. Carnival should understand that this could have cost them a hell of a lot more if Spence had known about it and something had happened to that man. Failing to properly recognize an act of this magnitude could cost them far more in public trust, customer loyalty, and potential liability than showing genuine gratitude ever would. Thank you for stepping up when it mattered most.

Account Suspended :
Carnival rolled out the red carpet for a karaoke singer but gave a life saver/lawsuit saver a rack of lamb chops. Sit tight! They are just planning how they want to address this incident. PR is everything. Just be patient.

The man saved was my dad. This was the most terrifying moment for him. He said he got dizzy and felt himself falling. There are no guard rails and he is 84. He said he thought he was taking his last breath in this life as he fell. I cannot believe that the dock workers and the ship staff did nothing. This man, selflessly and without hesitation jumped and saved a complete stranger. My dad had some coughing from swallowing water, 2 black eyes, a cut on his forehead and countless bruises. He spent several hours in the ships infirmary. (They bought the medical insurance… not sure why because my parents had to settle up a $3600 medical bill before they were let off the ship). He cannot swim so this man who risked his life, has given us more time with my sweet dad. We are forever grateful!!
