Both are good. It just depends on the person whose playing. If he plays on mobile, then pocket edition. On PC, bedrock or Java. It depends what they like the most.

bedrock sucks, you even need to crouch in order to use shields. You cant even use torch on the other hand to make mining mor easier and less hassle swapping off things. And java edition is the classic and original, while bedrock is kinda roblox💀🥀
