Highly intoxicated :
I had similar happen to me. I was on my motorcycle going down my street. I heard someone say “hey stop”. I looked up and seen two officers standing on one of my neighbors porch. Needless to say I didnt stop. I conitinued around the block and went back to my house. I parked the bike and went inside. Three minutes later the cops pull up and knock on the door. They were gonna arrest me but another officer showed up who happen to be the brother of my best friends girlfriend. After he talked to the officer he decided not to arrest me but he was furious at first saying I fled from him. So they didn’t arrest me but they did take my bike that was parked on private property.
