100% agree. I was morbidly obese and started doing small stretches every evening than a few months as I started to lose weight. I did more exercises, mostly stretching, sitting and many others. it took about 8 months and I'm much much more flexible than I ever was before.

Not true. I move daily cleaning houses. I do weights 5 days a week I used to run I stretch daily hang upside down and my body was stiff and sore and tight….3 years of 3 different massage therapists and remedial work combined with training and finally I can walk tall again with no pain. Also lots of different natural products

I used to have trouble getting down to the floor even just to pick something up. I started a ten minute a day exercise program that includes exercises on the floor as well as squats and high knees. All aimed at strengthening my leg muscles. Within a couple of months I noticed a change. Movement is much easier now. As you get older you have to work harder at the things you used to take for granted.
