The product may be a perfectly reasonable hydrating serum, but “8D”- eight layers deep, and “multi-layer hydration” doesn’t mean HA is penetrating all the way through the dermis. Topical hyaluronic acid can make lips look temporarily plumper and more hydrated by increasing surface hydration. It cannot cause a topical serum to build new lip tissue or produce the kind of permanent volume you’d get from an injectable filler.
